During cooking, a delicious natural juice is released from the meat, mixed with a spicy sauce made of honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Thanks to this, the chicken legs are juicy, tender and rich in taste. And for this you will need only a few minutes of preparation.
Ingredients
Chicken thighs with shanks – 4 pcs.
Corn starch – 30 g
Ground black pepper to taste
Soy sauce – 100 ml
Honey – 30 g
Ground ginger – 20 g
Garlic, cloves – 3 pcs.
Vegetable oil – 50 ml
White sesame – 40 g
How to cook
Cut the meat from the thighs, salt, pepper, roll in cornstarch and fry pieces of butter for four minutes on each side.
Combine soy sauce, honey, grated garlic and ginger and mix. Pour into a pan and bring to a boil.

Put the pieces of meat in the sauce and fry for another two minutes on each side.
Sprinkle the finished meat with sesame seeds and serve.
