According to local leaders, the incident at Ha Giang Industrial Park (Bac Ninh) initially recorded one death.
At noon on April 9, a serious occupational accident occurred at a paper manufacturing company in Ha Giang Industrial Park (Phu Lam commune, Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province).
Leaders of Phu Lam Commune People’s Committee said that initially the incident recorded one death and several others were injured. This person informed that the above company was dismantling it when an incident occurred.

According to witnesses, around 12 o’clock that same day, they heard a loud explosion in the above area. Then there was a scene of devastation, with factory roofs and production materials scattered and damaged.
