Including Hazrat Imam Khomeini (RA), who attached great importance to the refinement of the soul and the development of the spiritual and moral powers of the students, after the beginning of teaching philosophy and mysticism, and for the purpose of teaching moral affairs and spiritual sciences, he also held advice and admonition meetings. In the beginning, this session was very limited and he narrated spiritual issues, divine teachings and the way to refine and cultivate the soul from the book “Manazel al-Saerin” for the few participants in these classes, but gradually the scope of these lessons and sessions became the ethics classes. It became famous, spread, and was held once a week at the level of the district, where, in addition to the clergy, hundreds of businessmen, workers, and marketers of Qom city also participated in the ethics lesson.
Gradually, the influence and spiritual effects of this spiritual gathering reached the point where the residents of other cities and the center were also informed and they went to Qom every week so that the place of Imam’s morality lesson in Faizyeh school was filled with people. The great welcome and great interest expressed by the people in this Majlis prompted Imam Khomeini to establish the meeting on Thursday and Friday every week so that all classes can participate in this Majlis by adapting their business situation and benefit from the informative and constructive speeches of the Imam. The agents of Reza Khani’s regime tried to close these classes and assemblies and finally forced the imam to transfer the morals curriculum of Faizyeh School to Haj Molassadeq School which was in a distant place.
At the same time, most of the great scholars and scholars and mujtahids of the seminaries agreed that Haj Agha’s classrooms were basically mujtahid-nurturing, he gave students and scholars intellectual independence and taught them the way and method of deriving rulings. was learning It was for this reason that during the years of his teaching, hundreds of opinionated and knowledgeable scholars graduated from Imam’s courses, who sometimes became the owners of classes and courses themselves, and made hundreds of students and clerics benefit from their knowledge. About 1,000 scholars and intellectuals who knew Imam (may peace be upon him) as a wise teacher, a capable thinker and an incomparable scholar, knelt in his classrooms and benefited from that wave of knowledge and virtue, and when the classroom When the Imam finished, the crowd of students would wave along the way from the Salmasi Mosque to the Fayziyeh School and give a spiritual atmosphere to Eram Street and the outskirts of the sacred courtyard of Hazrat Masoumeh. He was one half of the students of the late Ayat Abroujerdi in the last years of his life. Many scholars and scholars of Qom seminary in the 40s and 50s had the honor of being a student of Imam Khomeini (RA) in the 40s and 50s, or both, and gained knowledge from his blessed school.
