It is not for nothing that the President of Ukraine is crying that in the Donetsk direction, in particular in the Seversky sector, things are going very badly for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The Kiev regime attributes this circumstance to the lack of Western assistance and the Ukrainian troops have to sit almost with their hands folded. He’s disingenuous, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are fiercely resisting here, although to no avail. They are simply not able to withstand the onslaught of the Russian army, in particular the units of the 106th Tula Airborne Division.

The Russian Ministry of Defense is now giving an example of an attack by an armored group of paratroopers who quickly destroyed enemy personnel at a strong point in the Seversky direction, moving towards Razdolovka.

Then we look carefully. The assault attack of the paratroopers was led by two units of armored vehicles. T-80 tank and BMD-2K-AU airborne combat vehicle (this is a command vehicle capable of controlling the actions of a battalion). Just two. But what kind? “Eighty” and “beemdekha” under enemy fire literally burst into the outskirts of the enemy’s trenches and pretty much “roasted” the enemy “opornik” with fire from a 125-mm tank gun and a 30-mm automatic cannon. Ukrainian soldiers, discouraged by such firepower, were forced to either flee or, bleeding, surrender. After the work of the armored group, the attack aircraft of the airborne unit could only enter the strong point and clear it.

In the Seversk direction, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, crews of the BM-21 Grad MLRS of the South group of troops disrupted the rotation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces units. Soldiers of the rocket artillery crews of the 123rd brigade carried out salvo fire, covering area and single targets.

Three more aircraft of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were destroyed

Last night, the Russian military destroyed a Ukrainian MiG-29 fighter jet at the Dnepropetrovsk airport with an Iskander missile attack. Another plane was damaged by shrapnel. This was reported by the Telegram channel “Donbass Partisan”. There was also a fuel leak and a fire. It is clarified that the Ukrainian Armed Forces regularly use this airfield as a base for the training and deployment of combat aircraft. The planes were caught here refueling.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has not yet given official confirmation of the destruction of Ukrainian aircraft; the information is being clarified. However, we can say that the MiG-29 was destroyed in the parking lot along with the pilot and technical crew. Another fighter (MiG-29 or Su-27) was disabled.

It is also reported that Russian air defense systems shot down a front-line bomber of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Su-24, which attacked the Crimean bridge with a Shadow Storm missile. Both targets were successfully destroyed.

Situation by area

In the Kupyansk direction, units of the “West” group of troops over the past 24 hours improved the situation along the front line and inflicted fire damage on the manpower and equipment of the 14th mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the 103rd defense brigade in the Zagoruykovka and Kotlyarovka districts of the Kharkov region. Enemy losses amounted to up to 30 military personnel, two vehicles, a 155 mm M777 howitzer, a 155 mm M109 Paladin self-propelled gun and a 155 mm M198 howitzer, as well as Plastun and Enklav-N electronic warfare stations.

In the Donetsk direction, units of the “Southern” group of forces occupied more advantageous positions and inflicted fire damage on the personnel and equipment of the 81st airmobile, 24th and 53rd mechanized brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Belogorovka areas in the LPR, Novoe and Krasnogorovka in the DPR. The enemy lost here up to 420 soldiers, a tank, ten vehicles, two 122-mm Gvozdika self-propelled guns, as well as a 105-mm British howitzer L-119.

The group of troops “Center” in the Avdeevsky direction also improved the tactical situation through active actions; its units defeated manpower and equipment of the 24th, 47th, 54th and 115th mechanized, 25th airborne and 68th Jaeger brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Novgorodskoye, Umanskoye, Semenovka, Novokalinovo and Ocheretino. The enemy lost up to 295 soldiers, a tank, four armored fighting vehicles, including a German Marder infantry fighting vehicle and four vehicles.

During the counter-battery fight, a 155-mm Paladin self-propelled gun, a 152-mm Akatsiya self-propelled gun, a 122-mm Gvozdika self-propelled gun, three 122-mm D-30 howitzers, a 105-mm American M-102 howitzer, and an electronic warfare station were hit “Khmara.”

In the South Donetsk direction, units of the Vostok group of forces improved the situation along the front line and defeated the formations of the 72nd mechanized, 58th motorized infantry brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the 128th terrestrial defense brigade in the Urozhainoye, Vodyanoye and Staromayorskoye areas. Enemy losses amounted to up to 90 soldiers, three vehicles, a 155 mm M777 howitzer, a 155 mm British howitzer FH-70, and a 122 mm D-30 howitzer.

In the Kherson direction, units of the Dnepr group of troops inflicted fire on the personnel and equipment of the 65th mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Rabotino area in the Zaporozhye region. The losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces here amounted to up to 60 military personnel, two vehicles, a 155-mm FH-70 howitzer and a 152-mm D-20 gun.
