In Ukraine, fines for violation of labor legislation have increased. The reason is the increase in the minimum wage from April 1. - registration of an employee for a part-time working time or under an employment contract with an unfixed working time – but only in the case of actual performance of the work during the entire working time.

“Also, a fine in the amount of 3 times the minimum salary (24,000 hryvnias – Ed.) is applied for exceeding the established permissible number of employment contracts with unfixed working hours or keeping unreliable records of the working hours of an employee working under an employment contract with unfixed working hours, in fact the work they are doing,” the material says.
It is necessary to pay for each mobilized worker, in respect of whom the guarantees and benefits established by law are not observed UAH 32,000. “Warning – for legal entities and “FOPs”, which are taxpayers of the single tax of the first-third groups”, experts noted.
