In an unspecified manner since there was no body, Lomba maintained that Miguel Ramos Quesada ended the life of his ex-partner and hid his body.

Finally, he stated that he later tried to hinder the work of the investigators so that they would not find the victim’s mortal remains.

This allegation was endorsed in its entirety by the lawyer for the private prosecution, Alberto Hawach, who was the one who was interested at the time for the first time in the transformation of this case in accordance with the Jury Law.

For her part, the defense lawyer, María Teresa Macías requested the dismissal of the case, alleging that there was no evidence against her client.
