According to him, as the mayor of Tehran emphasized, according to the meetings and plans, the mayors of the districts will implement the final plans to organize the social harms at the neighborhood level.

He stated that we seriously went to the damage colonies, defenseless urban areas, hangouts and places that had been identified in advance, and stated: We are trying to organize the social damage in the capital by gathering these colonies as soon as possible. .

Ahmadi Sadr continued: drug addicts, homeless people, working and street children, garbage pickers, etc. are identified and recruited by the emergency patrols of social services supporting the city at the neighborhood level. Tehran social services are delivered for screening purposes.

Hossein Akhgarpour, referring to the emphasis of the mayor of Tehran on the plan to organize social harms, added: In this plan, while identifying the socially harmed, attracting, collecting and organizing the harmed people and protecting the neighborhoods will be carried out in this way.

According to him, identification of hangouts, making it unsafe for these people, constant care of damage points, improvement of defenseless urban spaces, identification of garbage collectors and unauthorized waste buying and selling centers are among the measures in the first stage.

Pointing out that the second stage is the recruitment and collection of the affected people, he added: the recruitment of the target community members by the city support patrol, the initial screening of the collected people at the social service base of the region, the collection of unauthorized garbage collectors and the seizure of garbage collectors’ loads. And referring the load to the intermediate stations of waste management is one of the important points of the second step.

Akhgarpour clarified: The protection stage of the neighborhoods is the last step of this event, we will take care of the neighborhoods integrated by using the capacity of mosques and local delegations.
