The head of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of the Islamic Council continued: The recent disturbances and the contradictory and interventionist behavior of European countries in matters related to the Islamic Republic, especially in supporting the anti-revolutionary and separatist elements, caused the speed of the review of this plan to increase.

Jalalzadeh stated: The proposal of the European Parliament to include the name of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in the list of terrorist organizations has increased the speed of the commission’s work. Therefore, the general and details of this plan were recently approved by the National Security Commission, and on Sunday last week, this plan was announced in the public hall of the Islamic Council and was again referred to the National Security Commission to consider the proposals of other representatives.

The head of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission emphasized that the parliament is strongly looking for reciprocation against Europe’s behavior and said: The National Security Commission is ready to propose this plan in the parliament at the first opportunity if Europe’s unreasonable behavior continues. and approve.

Jalalzadeh emphasized: The Islamic Council is monitoring whether the Council of Europe will surrender to the extremists or will adopt a reasonable behavior.

The head of the Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee stated: The MPs of the Islamic Council demand the strongest countermeasures against the interventionist and illegal behavior of the European Union, so that they approve this plan with the two terms of urgency.

He continued: “The parliament is monitoring the behavior of Europe. If we see interventionist and inappropriate behavior on the part of Europe, we will approve this plan with two urgent conditions. It is in the interests of the Iranian people that the Revolutionary Guards, which is a people’s institution, is born from the hearts of the people. We will defend and we will not let European countries disturb the national interests of the Islamic Republic.

In response to Europe’s attempt to include the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in the list of terrorist groups, parliamentarians prepared a two-pronged plan, with the approval of which the armed forces of the European Union member states will be considered terrorists by Iran.

The full text of the representatives’ two-urgent plan to sanction the armed forces of EU member states is as follows:

Plan of countermeasure against the announcement of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organization by the European Parliament

Article 1 – In view of countermeasures against the resolution of the European Parliament, which recognized Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organization, according to this law, all the military forces of EU member states in West Asia Also, organizations related to these forces are declared as terrorists, and any cooperation with these forces is considered to be cooperation in a terrorist act.

Note – Considering that the implementation of the European Parliament’s resolution requires its approval by the member governments, the implementation of this law by the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the armed forces requires the implementation of the European Parliament’s resolution.

Article 2 – The intelligence agencies are obliged to provide the list of the commanders of the forces of the European Union member states to the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran for judicial proceedings.

Article 3- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is obliged to use the legal and political capacities to withdraw the military forces of EU member states from the region.

Article 4 – All countries that comply with the European Union’s decision to declare Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organization will be subject to reciprocal action.

Article 5 – The government of the Islamic Republic of Iran is obliged to provide the necessary protection to all natural and legal persons who have cooperated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran and are exposed to harm as a result.
