He won the competition and classification of the World Cup, the Four Hills Tournament, he also brought medals from the Olympic Games. For several years he has been one of the world’s top jumpers.

David Kubacki. Wife’s illness

Dawid Kubacki did not finish last season. During the competition on Raw Air, he announced that he would not finish the competition and was returning home for personal reasons. As it turned out, his wife had serious health problems. The situation was so serious that Marta Kubacka’s life was in danger. The jumper devoted himself to the family then, and the situation – fortunately – was brought under control.

Then Dawid Kubacki revealed that his wife had serious cardiac problems and would have to function with a “cardioverter-defibrillator, commonly known as a pacemaker”. “I need to reorganize a bit and get into home mode where I have to do most of the things we used to do together. A wife can’t do everything with children. We need some time and professional rehabilitation to be able to function normally – he said.

Marta and Dawid Kubacki have been together since 2013. They got engaged during a holiday in Egypt, and got married on May 1, 2019 in the church in Bachledówka, near Zakopane. They are the parents of two lovely girls – Zuzia and Maja. There is also a dog in the Kubacki family – Berni.

The Kubacki family live in a small village in the small village of Szaflary, in an over 200-meter house located on a more beautiful plot. They decorated the interiors with taste, combining elements of highlander tradition with a touch of modernity. There is a lot of wood, large windows overlooking m.in. to the garden and mountains, bright walls and an atmospheric fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is open to the living room. In the house there is a place to relax for the whole family and a place for children to play.
