A video and voice recording allegedly belonging to CHP Menteşe Mayor Candidate Gonca Köksal has emerged. In the recording, it was claimed that Köksal committed irregularities while he was the Chairman of the Planning Commission of Menteşe Municipality. In the voice recording, which is claimed to belong to Köksal, he said, “Since I am the Chairman of the Zoning Commission, there is no chance of your request not being passed by the commission. Rest assured. But since other people intervene, it is necessary to give them something, too. That’s why the number is like this.” After hanging up the phone, he said, ‘I’m solving the man’s impossible problem. “He is still bargaining with me.” Gonca Köksal stated that the voice recording did not belong to her and filed a criminal complaint against those who published it.

The investigation report, which would normally take months or even years, was prepared within hours and the claim was reached that it was unscientifically similar.
