In cases where officials and civil servants have a professional diploma with an output standard in foreign languages or information technology according to regulations that corresponds to the requirements of the exam category, they can be used to replace foreign language, information technology and information technology certificates. No need to submit foreign language or information technology certificates.
In cases where the regulations of the Ministry of specialized management on standards and conditions for civil servant ranks do not require foreign language and information technology certificates, candidates registering for the exam do not have to submit foreign language and information technology certificates.
