Who stopped paying pensions in April – what to do now

This is stated in the data provided by the Main Administration of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. Yes, not all pensioners have gone through the identification procedure in a timely manner. This was the reason that pension payments were delayed for many of them.

We remind you that citizens of Ukraine who received the status of HPV before February 24, 2022, were required to undergo identification by the end of March. Those who for some reason could not do this will not be able to receive a pension in April.

At the same time, the funds in their pension account will accumulate until the identification takes place. This can be done in several ways:

• come in person to any branch of Sberbank,
• contact the territorial service center of the PFU,
• use a personal account on the Pension Fund web portal,

• conduct a video conference with an employee of the PFU,
• apply to a diplomatic institution of Ukraine abroad.

In Kyiv, the average pension is 7.8 thousand hryvnias. This is the highest payment in the country. In second place in terms of the level of the average pension is the Rivne region – 7.2 thousand. UAH On the third with an indicator of 7 thousand. UAH turned out to be Donetsk region. At the same time, the average pension in the country was UAH 5,743.

The lowest pension is paid in the Ternopil region (4,399 UAH in total). The total number of pensioners was 10,154,705 people. Since the beginning of the year, the average pension has grown from UAH 5,385.25 to UAH 5,743.27, or by UAH 358.
