Initial information, around 8:00 a.m. on the same day, people living on Highway 22 saw a young man about 30 years old walking abnormally, showing signs of drug addiction.
Arriving at the intersection of Highway 22 – Nguyen Anh Thu (bordering Trung My Tay Ward, District 12 and Ba Diem Commune, Hoc Mon District), the young man went to the middle of Highway 22 and climbed up the light pole, standing at The iron bar part lies horizontally and then dances.

After more than 30 minutes of ineffective campaigning, one rescue group used a ladder truck to approach from above, another group stretched a tarpaulin below to prevent the young man from jumping down.
Taking advantage of the young man’s vulnerability, the police controlled him, took him to the ground and transported him to headquarters to clarify his identity and check for drugs. As a result of the incident, traffic through the scene was congested for a long time.
The case is being investigated and handled by the authorities.
