For a yearthe Puerto del Rosario City Council suspends the building licenses, total or partial demolition and rehabilitation of all historical buildings and sites that appear in the draft of the municipality’s cultural protection catalogue.
This suspension of licenses will be applied without prejudice to the rights acquired by those who have requested building licenses, total or partial demolition, rehabilitation in accordance with current planning regulations, which will be evaluated by the Urban Planning and Historical Heritage departments.
