The USO will appeal to the Supreme Court the ruling that acquits Ramírez y de Armas

The judge considers that SIC hid and omitted, with the consequent damage to the public tax system of more than 11 million euros between January 2009 and December 2012 to Social Security. He also claims that Ramírez signed an agreement with the works council that can be considered null and void and that did not apply the collective agreement, and worsened the employees’ working conditions.

«This action constitutes a complete fraud., so from USO we understand that the ruling of the Provincial Court of Las Palmas comes to endorse, unfortunately, job insecurity,” assesses the head of the union’s Federation of Private Security Workers, Basilio Alberto Febles.
