If he had the option, he would have given relief to Parvaiz Elahi now, Salik Hussain

Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Religious Affairs Chaudhry Salik Hussain has said that if I had the power, I would have given relief to Parvez Elahi now.

Talking to the media in Gujarat, Salik Hussain said that Parvaizalhi’s lawyers are appearing in the courts, they will decide the relief.

He said that the cases on PTI’s election results are in the courts, then how about the protest. Protest is the basic right of everyone but the purpose should be clear.

Salik Hussain said that he will fulfill the promises made in the election and the 5-year government period. There are definitely difficulties for the government, but it will improve in the coming months. There is excellent coordination with Chief Minister Punjab.

He said that Chief Minister Punjab took a good decision to start sewerage project in 16 districts.

Salik Hussain said that the death of Chinese officials has dealt a big blow to Pak-China relations and projects. We have gone back a year since the death of Chinese officials. Not only banned organizations, but external hands are involved in the killings of Chinese officials. Foreign hands are not digesting Pakistan’s development and Chinese investment.

He said that political parties have to think about national development and not their false politics.

Salik Hussain said that the ministry will take better measures regarding accommodation, food and transport on Hajj. I myself will go with the pilgrims to serve them. In the past, petrol prices were stopped and subsidies were given by taking loans. In 5 years, the previous government took as much debt as was not taken until the creation of Pakistan.

He said that the silence of the Muslim Ummah on the dead bodies of the children and women of Gaza is surprising. The Israeli Prime Minister is openly violating the UN resolution.
